Searching and Applying
The easiest way to find out about opportunities with Ranger is to use our online job search tool. Once you find a position you are interested in, you can submit an online job application. If you don’t see a position currently posted, check back often, we only post positions when we are actively hiring. It’s important to us that we match the right person with the right job, so if you don’t see an open position that matches your skills or experience, check back soon. Oilfield is a dynamic industry and our needs change often.
Candidates who meet the job qualifications and experience requirements will be invited for an interview. An interview is an opportunity for us to learn what you can bring to the role, how you’ll fit in with our team, and whether you identify with our values and culture. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and learn more about Ranger.

All candidates who receive a job offer are subject to pre-employment reference checks, background checks and drug testing which includes hair follicle testing. Additionally, many of our field positions require a physical capacity exam to make sure you can meet job demands.
