Ranger P&A Services offers comprehensive, safe, efficient, and cost-effective plug and abandonment services. Ranger drives new thinking by utilizing service rigs to efficiently remove your completion, followed by special fit-for-purpose coiled tubing units to perform batch plug and abandonments. Ranger redefines service by planning and performing simple and complex jobs to meet the strictest compliance standards that result in safe and permanent abandonments.
Rigs
Ranger Energy Services offers fit-for-purpose 400 and 500 series P&A rigs:
- 104’ mast double service rigs
- 65’ mast single laydown rigs, equipped with outriggers
Coiled Tubing
Ranger Energy Services offers coiled tubing units tailored for P&A applications:
- 1-1/4” to 2” coiled tubing units
- Bobtail and trailer mounted, injector head mast and traditional crane supported
- 8,000 – 20,000 foot capacity
Wireline
Ranger Energy Services offers wireline units utilizing traditional e-line and warrior shooting panels for P&A applications:
- Tool setting
- Perforating
- Tubing and casing cutting
Ancillary Services
Ranger Energy Services offers comprehensive P&A spreads for one call plug and abandonment services, including:
Cement Pumps
- Constant mixing systems
- 5,000 psi or 10,000 psi rated
- Single pump or a double pump
Cement bulk trailers
- 660 cubic feet capacity
Casing Jacks
- Up to 700,000 pounds pull capacity
Cranes
- 25-ton to 80-ton capacity
- Backhoe and well head cut off services
- Certified handling equipment for all standard size tubing and casings
