If you’re looking for a team of top performers in the Wireline industry, look no further than Wireline Engineer Haskell “Todd” Bartels, Kyle Wireline Lead Operator Windham, and Wireline Operator Tyler Rajala of Ranger’s Wireline Midland Production Crew. These three individuals have shown exceptional dedication and skill in their work, earning them the coveted Alpha Award for the 2nd quarter of 2024.

While the past months may have been slow for some, the Wireline Midland Production Crew have been hard at work, not only completing 59 jobs without a single human error incident but also cultivating strong relationships with both current and prospective clients.

“They have played a vital role in solidifying partnerships with companies like Exxon (Delaware) and Pioneer resources, showcasing their expertise and professionalism in the field,” wrote Theo Morris, Wireline Operations Manager for Ranger’s Permian/Delaware Operations.

Morris believes one of the key strengths of Todd and his crew is their versatility.

In addition to setting packers, they have demonstrated proficiency in various wireline tasks such as perforating systems, pipe recovery, dump bailers, and logging, wrote Morris.

The crew’s ability to adapt to different job scopes and deliver exceptional results, their technical skills and positive attitude, along with their positive attitudes has made them stand out in the Permian/Delaware Basins.

Congratulations to the Wireline Midland Production Crew! We look forward to seeing the continued success and growth of their careers in the industry.
