Ranger Energy Services, Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of assets from Basic Energy Services, Inc. Ranger has purchased all assets other than those related to California and the Water Logistics Business. Ranger will begin integrating the well servicing, P&A and wireline assets and locations across Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and North Dakota, expanding our geographic reach and service capabilities. We look forward to welcoming Basic’s personnel to the Ranger family.
