At Ranger Energy Services, our mission goes beyond providing exceptional oilfield services—it extends to making a meaningful impact in the communities where we live and work. That’s why we are proud to partner with redM, a nonprofit dedicated to combating human trafficking. This collaboration is part of an internal campaign Ranger launched to empower our employees to take an active role in raising awareness and driving change.

Ranger’s campaign is based on the following key messages:

  • We are 100% against human trafficking and this is how it appears around us.
  • This is how human trafficking affects our children and puts them at risk.
  • This is what human trafficking looks like in the field, at airports, truck stops and hotels, and how you can report it safely.

“At the heart of this campaign is the belief that our employees are our greatest asset. By involving them in this initiative, we aim to create a workplace culture that values responsibility, awareness, and action” said Stuart Bodden, CEO of Ranger. “By educating our employees about what to look for, resources, and opportunities to get involved with redM, we are equipping our team to be advocates for change.”

Recognizing the need for leadership in addressing this critical issue, Bodden joined other industry leaders to create a powerful video message to play at industry events. The video was featured at the recent 2024 Daniel Energy Partner Permian BBQ Cook-Off that some 5,000 people attended. The video highlights the urgency of the human trafficking crisis and how we can collectively make a difference.
Building on this momentum, Ranger’s executive leadership launched their own video to kick-off our campaign. An Operations leadership video is currently in production. This installment is aimed at highlighting the impact of redM’s mission and actionable steps our employees in the field can take to contribute to the cause.

To amplify our campaign, Ranger will also be participating in #redMMondays on social, sharing posts that spotlight redM’s work and hopefully inspire conversations about human trafficking prevention.
