An operator in the Permian reached out to Ranger Energy Services to utilize our Ranger Elite comprehensive downhole solution. They needed to get pipe to the bottom of the wellbore, drill out plugs and clean out the wellbore to reduce the risk of damaged pipe, stuck pipe and other potential well control issues.
Ranger sent our Ranger Elite Crew to solve this complex challenge. They are Well Control Certified, Ranger Readiness Certified, and have completed Supervisor Leadership training. They are armed with state-of-the-art equipment and Ranger’s Elite Systems and Solutions, including our Ranger Live mobile software solutions.
The Ranger Elite Crew successfully ran the drillout string to 24,000+ feet, removed 100+ frac plugs from the wellbore, cleaned the wellbore without incident, and ran the completion string successfully.
